Liv portrayed a valley-girl-esque hippie as well as a naive southern belle in this Woodstock set Shakespearean play which featured many great hits from the 70s that left the audience bouncing in their seats.

This production of Hamlet was an educational tour with a public run. We traveled around to different middle and high schools in the greater Richmond area performing for English classes who had been studying Hamlet. Seeing Shakespeare is by far the best way to study and understand it, so getting to provide that opportunity to those kids was so rewarding!

This quick witted modern play about Monopoly was so fun to be a part of. Playing the average Jane to the rest of the characters' eccentric rich personas was such a fun challenge in character study.

I learned so much about Mozart during the rehearsal period of this show! Unfortunately, audiences were unable to enjoy the hilarity of the show and the beauty of Mozart's classical works due to the pandemic. Production stopped just a week before tech. It was disappointing to work so hard on a show and then not be able to present it, but it was a great reminder that the journey is just as important as the destination.

I put on a staged reading of this show as part of my senior honors thesis on political theatre. My goal was to show the power theatre has to portray the human condition and teach lessons through emotion and empathy in a way that no other medium can provide.

This show was a challenge for me. Being one of a two person cast was something I had never experienced before. There was also the sensitive challenge of portraying a teenager with health problems. This show required a lot of research and hard-work, and it definitely helped me grow immensely as a performer.

I love Shakespeare, so I had a blast creating his world in this show. All the references weaved into the script honestly made me feel like the entire rehearsal process was a nerdy, Shakespearean Easter egg hunt!
Longstreet - Theatre South Carolina
February 2-10, 2018
This show was my first experience understudying. It was amazing getting to discuss choices, dissect the script, and observe a seasoned actress. Although Rebecca Nurse is not a role I will likely play again for several decades, it was still a super interesting exercise in character work! I learned a lot through this process.

This was one of the most bubbly, fun shows I've ever been in. The cast did a majority of the set changes and moving props around ourselves in such a musical, magical way that it truly brought the romance of Jane Austen's book to life.
Center for Performance Experiment - Theatre South Carolina
October 26 - November 4, 2017
This was probably my favorite production to be a part of. We had an all-woman cast and crew which created a fantastic work environment. I also loved the challenge of playing three very distinct characters, from a 12-year-old girl to a warrior straight out of a Bruegel painting to a teenager desperate to start her adult life.

This was my first college production, and coincidentally, also the last show I did in
high school. Being able to share so many cute love stories was a fun and not overly intimidating way to enter the theatre department at South Carolina.

There was so much creativity and group world building in this show. We treated each parable as it's own mini play and did a lot of improv work to discover the physicalization that eventually made it onstage. I also had the opportunity to do sign language during a song in this show!
Henrico Center for the Arts

Sondheim is always a fun challenge. The bouncy cacophony of this score was so fulfilling to get the hang of. It was truly a team building experience every time we finally nailed a song.
